Orange & White gingham dress size large

This was one of my favorite dresses! Was driving when I saw it in a boutique window in Blue Ridge, GA & immediately turned around and bought it. It’s so super cute on! Unfortunately, it does have some picked up spots on the breast area that are pictured. I have no clue what it is from. It could maybe be removed, I’m not sure? Fits true to size.
