Orvis mens hunting jacket tan 36, vintage

Orvis hunting jacket, no size tag suspect 36. Lots of pockets inside and out. Fully lined, no rips or tears in shell or lining. 3 button single breasted. Back has gussets at sleeves for ease and mid back seam with pleat at bottom. Spots seen on left sleeve (see pic) and 2 bug spots when removed from storage closet. Marks may or may not come out when cleaned. Pre-owned, sold "as is", see pictures. Made in USA of imported fabric. Feels like cotton blend. Questions are welcome.
