caitquinnx hey girl i was wondering if you could give me advice since i am still getting used to postmark...someone purchased my bag..where i posted my dimensions to her..and when she received it she filed a claim that it was not the correct size. It is 100% the measurements i said it was...anyway the dispute has been going on for 2 days and she has my cell phone number..and she just texted me that she doesn't want the bag and will be mailing it back to me..should i even respond to this? i really want to just let postmark handle this and it makes me nervous that she's just going to "ship it back to me" without letting postmark takes its course. what do you recommend i say or do? i haven't said anything since she texted me that

manymurrays @caitquinnx so sorry 😕 yeah never give personal info (email/cell) on here. Always let posh handle complaints. I'm assuming the sale was through posh. If so, She has to show pic of item next to a ruler/measuring tape to them to prove you were wrong. If it's close to what you said, they won't give her the return label or refund. If she sends it back on her own anyway, she is in violation of policy (it tells her that in the email she received from posh when she made the claim) & they won't issue a refund. There are no returns on posh except for misrepresented items & damaged shipments. I would just politely communicate via posh that it takes a few days for them to decide disputes and they are holding her money so there's nothing to do but wait and that if they rule In Her favor they'll provide a free return label so just be patient. ♥️😊

caitquinnx Thank you for your advice, that made me feel much better. I was really nervous when she said she was mailing it back, do you think posh will let us know at the same time the answer to their investigation? I was wondering if maybe they already told her since the dimensions i told her were accurate that she could not return it and that is why she was trying to go around poshmarks investigation and trying to mail it to me

manymurrays @caitquinnx yes, you'll both see under "my sales/purchases" that the case is pending until it's decided, then one will say approved & the other denied but they should both update (along with the email explanation) at the same time
