blueeyedbelly @ashjesh oh no! I hate that. I have IBS so I know how that is. I certainly hope you get to feeling better pretty soon. One thing that's an old country trick that we use is baking soda and warm water and slam it like a shot and it works for heartburn it works if you have gas or diarrhea. I know that's gross to talk about but it's a human functioning and it happens to all of us.

blueeyedbelly @ashjesh but on that baking soda thing my dad is a gastroenterologist. He's retired now but he practiced for like 60 years anyway you shouldn't take that too often he says it's not good for your GI track. I don't know I've been taking it for 14 years and I'm still here but I only take it when I am absolutely in a severe attack with my IBS. But it does help with nausea and like I said heartburn and if you have anything else it helps.

Let's just say I am very tough even still in my old age of 43 LOL. Local union 76 in Chicago I worked there for 14 years and it was pretty awesome the money was amazing. It was the most devastating thing I EVER went through. My Bella was one of them. She's on my meet the Posher listing. I'm not a crazy cat lady though. I live in the country so it's common to have many cats.

I also have a spinal stenosis I have severe sciatica in my left leg is constant pain it's been for three months just in different spots at first I thought it was my knee but now I'm learning that it's probably nerve related. I actually made the women's US soccer team until I discovered I had degenerative disc disease and suffered a pretty bad back injury so that was the end of my career. But that healed well I still have it but that back injury healed and believe it or not like 10 years later I went onto concrete labor union for 14 years. Lol. No joke!!
