PGA Tour men’s polo short sleeved golf shirt; size Large; dark blue stripe with thin white and slightly lighter blue stripes; 3 button collar; buttons also say PGA Tour; golfer logo on left sleeve; side slits and extra button; excellent condition with one tiny snag in closeup; you may not be able to find it but it will be low on the right side front almost at hem-I just happened to find it from a certain angle in bright lights so pointing out.
