When making a purchase thoroughly read the seller’s description. If you have questions, ASK BEFORE YOU BUY!! Do not buy an item & then rate the seller with one star based on your dislike of the fit. Not all bodies are created the same. The rating system was designed for the total experience: the purchase, packaging, cleanliness, shipping & communication. As far as shipping: rate the seller on when they ship it. NOT when you receive it. Sellers have NO CONTROL over the USPS & delivery dates. POSH now offers the RePosh option for those items that may not fit as you hoped. So please be respectful with your rating!!

lismiley1 @coachandtrunk sone people just don’t understand that the “fit” is not the only thing your supposed rate on a seller. Can be very aggravating. Feel free to use it.

coachandtrunk @lismiley1 I had 1 person who rated low because the original plastic that wraps the designer bag had been opened and closed along with the Styrofoam being removed from the handle. It's crazy, do you want to see pics of the bag I have in my possession or do you just want stock photos. I hope this will help. Thank you so much, definitely adding this to my closet! 💚

ernrse2j Not sure if there’s a “love” button for this !! Had someone give low ratings for fit recently…another stating item was not as described , which was totally ridiculous!! If that was the case then return it 🤷‍♀️ also had someone from our wholesale closet rate low because they felt the boutique items didn’t “ look new” …not sure how much newer you want them to be !!

lismiley1 @tigger75 I had someone recently give me 3 stars because USPS took an extra few days to deliver their purchase. I shipped it the same day! Sent her a msg stating I can’t control the USPS & delivery times. She apologized but didn’t change her rating. That’s why I created the mail truck listing.

tigger75 @lismiley1 Did you reach out to her? I have reached out to new buyers who don't understand the value of a good rating, and they can go back and give you 5 stars! They can't change love note, however, they can only add to it!

tigger75 @lismiley1 Forgive me for being long winded, but 500 characters...🙄 Anyway, I had accidentally shipped wrong earrings to a new Posher...she gave me one star, and horrible love note. I shipped her the correct item ($5 for first class shipping) on my own, she changed to 5 stars, but couldn't change the horrible nastygram, so it showed in my closet 5⭐ with the horrible comment! Argggh!

tigger75 @lismiley1 Depends on how bad, I suppose. This particular woman gave me 1 star, so I reached out to her. If someone gets nit picky, and gives 4 stars....Ive begrudgingly sucked it up.... We both have enough 5 stars that it won't matter. I pick my battles. As a working hairdresser, I know ....you can't please everyone! I absolutely stand by everything I do, but there are ppl who just won't be pleased!

cramador4 It seems like some buyers are trying to sabotage you by low ratings to get rid of competition. Has anyone experienced this?

tigger75 @cramador4 The only ratings and "love notes" shown in our closets are all the 5 star ratings...buyers can't see any notes below 5 stars. That, at least stops ppl from attempted sabotage!🙂🙂🙂

tigger75 @cramador4 Agree!!!!! There are so many new ppl that just see an item online, it happens to be through the Posh app, they buy it, and have no vested interest in the app, so if their ass grew too much this month, my skirt gets one star if it didn't fit!
