Important facts to know. 💥it's a crime to sell an item authentic and it's not/even if posh cannot do anything. 💥 CAN STOP A SHIPMENT FROM REACHING DESTINATION IF IN TRANSIT-call them and they can intercept.💥if u receive something OTHER than item paid for. Or made online deal to trade- u may be able to press charges as well. Even if you sold for a 1$. 💋protect yourself💋

I just realizing today the trouble this person has caused us all . She scammed big time and is prob walkin around with my beautiful Gucci hobo that I never should have parted with. alldivineposh @candi4yu u can still prosecute. Contact USPS. And file a claim. Contact the Gov. Site in the second pick.. Contact ur local police and file a report they will then contact authorities where in Texas. It's worth it. Ya know. ? ♥️

alldivineposh @gracechristiann one thing I will put on this is to also contact the post office of the DESTINATION ITS GOING TO AS WELL AS THE USPS u shipped it from. Do not give up. U can still file a report. Do it at your local price dept as well as in the state it was delivered to. My apologies 😞

alldivineposh @emeraldyard this is for some that purchase and receive items other than what they bought- trash (literally) or who do trades. Trades are accepted ~ not condoned. I've had good experiences with trades- just have to be aware ur taking a risk. I insure all my items tho ~ posh only insures items sold up to 100$. So this is just informative. ♥️

fab_fashionista How does insurance work? I never buy insurance because I don't understand how it helps the seller. The postal worker told me it only helps the receiver of the package (if it's damaged or lost they can bring the item or package in and get refunded). Please let me know. Thanks!

My husband is a federal agent and has worked side by side plenty of times with the is postal services inspectors and he always advised to do exacty this..... Report it and even though with me being a wife of a federal agent, sadly I must say, I was also scammed several times, yes I reported the one time I paid for something and it was t of description and needless to say posh had them refund my money but it took quite a while, but how does anybody prove or report when a zero activity posher buys your authentic item, complains to posh that it isn't authentic ( which god as my witness it sure is) and so...... Posh does what their policy entails them to do, which is have the buyer return my item and refund then their money......... I would of been fine with that(as I knew my item was indeed authentic as I keep all my original receipts of high end items I do buy personally) anyway....... What happened to me was the buyer obviously was a scammer and yes sent a package,shipping label and all and I ended up receiveing the package, but it sure wasn't my original item I sent to the buyer......NOPE!!!! It was a box full of trash YES a stuffed animal,a dirty used bra and a bunch of other junk.... Now how do you explain and even prove that one to posh! Yeah so as much as we all can report the scammers,have posh stand by their policy etc. the scammers always seem to come up with new ways to scam us honest,decent people! It's terrible and as much as I enjoy posh and did indeed have many good experiences, it still take away the enjoyment, makes honest,decent poshers as myself just want to close down their closet, it's frustrating enough to have I deal with the people who ask for Additonal photos or to try on something and take photos or to take measuerment sand then not even have the decency to thank you regardless if they want to buy your item or not, it's simple courtesy that goes a long way, or the people who ask that you hold an item for them and you comply holding the item all the whole several other potential buyers make offers,want to buy and you stand by your commitment to hold the item and in the long run the person who asked that you hold the item, never buys it, doesn't even respond to our tagging them and simply asking"if they still plan on buying the item" it's very frustrating as well as discouraging........anyway I thank you for this post as I do hope it will ween off the scammers as well as enlighten the honest,decent poshes and bring back posh to it's intended purpose which is to simply bring us woman( and men) together to share,trade,purchase prevloved items at a discounted price

That's another terrible experience....it amazes me how some people actually try to pull that and sell fakes for real, I have nothing against fakes or look a likes but I also don't want to be scammed into thinking I'm buying something Authentic when indeed it is a fake, it amazes me how people can sleep in peace at night as I have a strong faith in god and believe that god sees everything and it's the scammers who don't see god..... No item on the face of this earth is worth my integrity or worth disappointing god.... Don't we all wish everybody thought the same way, a healthy dose of fearing god is all it takes. She conned me,my very 1st trade,never bothered to ship my items & blocked me along with a bunch of women she scammed who r very upset! She is still at it! victoire_l What should I do if the trade I made was only at $3. Will the inspectors take it seriously? The bag I gave out is worth $2000. And I am never getting it back. :(( The person I traded with did sent me the exact same bag tho. But only afterwards that I realized that she didn’t mention “authentic” in her trade listings. And she deleted her original listing. I think I am gonna lose this case. After all she did send me “the bag”, just not authentic.... should I still file a report???

beantownthreads I just got scammed from a newly registered buyer. I had an odd feeling and was going to cancel the sale. My inner voice was correct. I'm out $150 and this person received a free earring:( I've sold pricey jewelry elsewhere and never had a problem (although I recently cancelled a $2,000 item on a different platform-my inner voice really spoke for that amount of $$)
