Pandora Graduation Cap Charm

AUTHENTIC RETIRED Used but in good condition I personally cleaned it with a silver cleaning cloth but couldn’t get it perfectly done. Pandora does free cleaning but I am still under lockdown and the store isn’t allowing jewelry cleaning at this time. Stamping shown in photos PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE TARNISH STAIN ON THE CAP! Not sure if that will go or not therefore the price is considerably low to sell! DON’T SAY I DIDN’T MENTION IT!
