Parker Blouse 100% Silk Long Balloon Sleeve with fabulous fretwork(I think it is called that but just to be sure look at the close-ups). There is also ruching on the shoulders ... this is a gorgeous Blouse. The fabric is a silk sating with the satin side on the inside and only showing at the neck when the neck is untied. It is a Sz S and it fits me and I am a size 8. go by the measurements: Gently pre loved condition. No rips, tears, stains or discolorations.
