Beautiful purple bamboo handcrafted boutique combines with a teal and Greaney gray design boutique in a patchwork pattern. This is a rayon fabric. The patchwork is in a vertical and curved design giving the skirt and almost trumpet wide him and an asymmetric ruffle at the bottomThe waist is elastic and will stretch easily to 25 inches it’s marked as a 3X but I believe it’s better suited to a 2X. It will fit nice and loose on a one X also. In excellent condition
