Paul Frank Pirates Striped Mixed Media Top

I couldn't find anything like this top! Super rare, unusual, and cute! Tag in Japanese so I believe that this was only released in Asia. Striped part 96% Cotton, sheer material 100% polyester. Embroidered pirate monkey on front. Sheer back with elastic waist. Cream and navy blue stripes with orange trim. Frayed sleeves. Only flaw is a small hole on the undermost layer of on sleeve(pictured). Not visible at all when wearing.
