Stylish oversized Penelope Ann shoulder bag or tote bag. Blue with brown accent pattern. Braided faux leather handle with 7 inch double loop. Open top with no closure. Round bag about 16 inches in diameter. Nylon/ polyester exterior. Interior is 100% polyester. It is a cream color with an almost gold pattern of butterflies, PA and flowers. There is one side zipper pocket, two open pockets and key fob attached to the side. Bag is new without tags. Never used. Great bag.
