Perfect new condition red and black buckle heels

Another wonderful posh find last year however the heel is too large for me since my surgery. I wore them to work once and I could not do it, they're very comfortable but the heel is about 4 to 4 1/2 inches as you can see they are in excellent condition there's no scuffs or scratches the heel is perfect.
