Pink and Striped Dress NWT NY and Co M

This is a stunner. The top is a tank style in pink with back zip and satiny lining. The skirt is a rainbow of zig zag bric-a-brac. The skirt is 15% rubber! This makes a very thick, heavy fabric that will hold a bell like shape. Sort of like a body con bandage dress except a full skirt! 16 to 17 ptp and 36 length. Y2k era purchase, but I never was small enough to wear it🤣
