peltzwoman @bbbabe3715 hi! So sorry for not seeing this! It's a little hard to measure because of the waistband, so I posted pictures. Top of the waistband is about 17-17.5" flat, mid-waistband is 18-18.5" flat.

peltzwoman Sorry, I think mid-waistband is more like 18.5-19". The curvature or the top makes it difficult. I'm a size 6 (~29" waist, 130-135 lbs, 5'5") in that picture of me wearing it, and I was a size 12 (maybe 155 lbs?) when it fit perfectly. I'd say it's pretty true to size.

peltzwoman @bbbabe3715 sure!! Shell and lining are both 100% polyester, and I'd say there's a little stretch. It's forgiving. I might have been a 14 when I wore it confortable too, like 170 lbs. it's versatile.
