cosmosherry @bchavez3 sometimes people are afraid to sell to people who have no history. Sometimes when someone has no history people have had problems with The customer saying they didn't receive the item and things like that.

cosmosherry @bchavez3 OK, pick the item that you like and at the bottom you'll see the word offer and the word buy... click on the offer button and put in the price you would like to pay. It will give me the ability to counter offer or not accept the offer. It's really very easy.

cosmosherry @bchavez3 i've also found when I sell something to someone who doesn't have a history on Posh when they do get the item they don't usually give you a rating at all. It's always nice to get a rating when you receive something because it takes a lot to wrap everything up and do the legwork and get feedback or a good note. Also, Posh releases my $ when you accept the delivery. Just helping you.
