Prabal Gurung for TGT Black Floral Dress sz 4

This is a NWOT Prabal for Target Black & White floral dress in a size 4 (fits 0-2, I am a size 2 in dresses and this dress fit me perfectly). Stretchy high neck sleeveless dress, with b/w stretchy inserts on the sides. Waist is fitted with an A line skirt. Fabric is b/w floral print! Dress has external zipper in back for closure. Great and flirty dress!!
