RARE 1930's Black Crepe Bias Cut Gown Rainbow Floral Embroidery & Bishop Sleeves

RARE 1930's black crepe bias cut gown with GORGEOUS embroidery and bishop sleeves. This one is truly special and rare with the hand stitched embroidery on the sleeves! Lightweight black crepe bias cut midi gown. Wide scoop neckline featuring colorful rainbow embroidery. Box pleats in the bottom of the skirt. Hidden snap closures on the side of the dress, pullover style with no other closures. Condition: AS IS condition. Overall excellent condition for its age, marking as is due to the fragile nature of an item that is 90 years old. Slight fading noted throughout, most noticeable across the shoulders and under the arms. A few small snags noted in the embroidery. A seam has popped at the front of the waist in one spot and could use a stitch. A tiny repair noted by previous owner at the side seam near the snap closures. Structurally sound and very wearable, overall amazing condition for its age! Additional flaws may be present with AS IS pieces. No tags, appears handmade. Measurements: bust: 40"; waist: 30"; hips: 44": shoulder to shoulder: 14.5"; sleeve length: 25"; bodice length: 16"; length: 40.5"; I would NOT stretch this fabric at all
