Lined in fabric, one zippered pocket.
Metal feet. Brand tag cut off with only a piece saying "made in Japan" left.

@stephanieb88 handle height is about 3.25 inches. the woven bag part is 13" wide (at the widest point) by about 8". Of course a large phone plus all normal necessities would fit inside. Let me know if you have more questions.
