So much fun in this raincoat! Made by Merona for Target’s designer pieces. Fully lined. Vent in back. All functioning buttons. Great waist belt with leather buckle. Pair with a bright color for fun or just jeans and a T-shirt for a classic 👀! Vent closure has not been removed. This is new without tags.
