Rare Anthro Ruffle Neck Blouse

By Odille from around 2007. Great condition. Not sure why but mine never had the tie at the neck like the stock pic shows. Unusual print (not sure what the colorful part is exactly but it’s pretty). 100% cotton, machine washable. Bust is 17”, length 25”.
