Rare Anthro Songbird Skirt

Stretchy waist that measures 12” and stretches comfortably to at least 13”, 22” in length- plus or minus an inch due to the fold over waist band. Polyester with rayon/spandex contrast (the waistband and the piping), polyester lining. Excellent condition.
