Rare Flaming Skull Head - 229 $35 or $30 w/offer

the rare flaming skull head is awesome! I believe it is made of resin or glass but I cannot tell It clear with red and orange flames. It is in like new condition except for some of the original tag is on the bottom and hard to remove. *4 inches high Due to weight and made with if perhaps glass, this item will be hard to mail. there might be extra costs for me if this item is sold. So I will remain firm on the price. Also due to weight, this item cannot be bundled with additional items.
