Rare Unique Hand Made South African Fertility Goddess Terra Cotta Figurine

This is a rare & unique figurine piece from South Africa. I believe it represents a fertility goddess. Hand made and the material looks like terra cotta, kind of similar to ceramic. I acquired this from a friend who had received this a wedding present over 30 years ago. Not sure of too much of the history beyond that but feel free to message.
