Rare Vintage Sergio Rossi Kitten Heels Luxury Italian Leather, Size 40. Genuine handmade Italian leather heels. Size 40 is US Size 10, this designer does run half a size small, however, I know the owner of these shoes wore a size 8.5 but bought the larger size to allow room (these are elongated pointed toe shoes from the early 90's).
