vintagechris17 @micdaug no. Think of it, as the way military style jackets are made. It was loose on me when I was a 4. It fit best when I was a size 6 with a little breathing room.its not cropped. It fits like a true to size peplum vest. Super cute and I had alot of compliments on this when I wore it to a day event during fashion week.
