Rebecca Taylor Blouse (Black)

This is such a pretty blouse. It has really cute details, including the eyelet placket, subtle ruffles on the shoulders and the back, and buttoned cuffs. Material is extremely lightweight and a little sheer. Condition is great *except* for a rip behind the right arm, which would need to be repaired (see photos). Also, a weak spot under the left arm that should be reinforced. So, I'm offering this shirt at a steep discount. About 23.5 inches long. 18 inches wide at bust. Arm inseam is 17 inches.
