Red, white, & blue floral mini dress

Adorable floral mini dress. Super soft, lightweight, & has some stretch. The little red, white, & blue flowers make it perfect for 4th of July! For reference, my measurements are 5’2”, 115 lbs., 26” waist. Condition: only worn 2-3 times myself, but purchased secondhand. Very small loose thread at waist, but not noticeable. (See last pic). Measurements: Pit to pit: 12.5” Length: 32” Waist: 11.5” (stretchy and has a tie to adjust tightness) Width at bottom: 21” Fabric: 55% viscose, 45% cotton
