Perfect spring midi skirt! Tiered reformation size 12 black floral midi skirt. Fully lined. Bow ties in front (for aesthetics, skirt zips on side) Waist : 15" lying flat. note: bow tie in front may give some room, but not much. there is a size zipper and no real stretch to fabric. length: about 34" waist to hem excellent condition - looks like new!
