Reiss Liza Lace panel blouse pale blue - 14

Beautiful Liza lace panel blouse from Reiss. This is a pale blue top (almost looks gray) with stunning lace panels on the back and sleeves. Long sleeves with buttons at the wrists. Button up the front with a tie at the neck that looks great tied in a bow or left long. This is NWT - retail was $275. There is a small spot on rear shoulder and on back from storage - I assume these will come out easily but I have not attempted due to it still having tags attached. Please see photos.
