Renaissance Halloween Princess Maxi Dress with Hoop - size 4 girls

This is a beautiful girls' dress, in used condition. The lining has a hoop to make the dress poofy at the bottom. It can be worn in colder weather with a t-shirt underneath. Material: Velour (or such) for most of the garment. Please note a few tiny white specks on the lower part of the dress (see picture before last) No fraying, tears, or signs of wear on the hem.
