@hannahcj0034 Hi Hannah!😊 It definitely has some stretch with the smocked back, offering a more comfortable fit! Francesca’s normally runs closer to juniors sizing, but I tried on one of these dresses before and it ran closer to true to size for me. Here are some measurements to reference though to help you make your decision!
Pit to pit: 18in, stretches to 22in
Waist: 18 1/2in, stretches to 19 1/2in
Length from pit seam to hem: approx 27in (one side measured 26 1/2, the other 27 1/2)
