Retro 1950s style light blue handmade prom dress with all over Swiss dot tulle. Top is corset style with laces in back, boning, built-in cups, tulle sleeves, and adjustable inner bra straps for a perfect fit. Skirt is full but you can also add a crinoline for more fullness (none included).
