Retro-Inspired Crop Cardigan

This crop cardigan is adorable and perfect over a tank or cute sleeveless dress. Only worn once. Tag says size Medium but could easily fit size X-Small to Small as those are my standard sizes. Color is a mint green with navy polka dots and satin-like covered buttons up the front. EUC
