Reworked vintage Guess skirt

Originally vintage Guess Jeans shorts. I made these into a skirt and added pastel bracelet beads to fringe at bottom and heart and letter (“more is more”) detailing to pockets. The back is cinched at the bottom with jean ties to accentuate shape. Waist size on tag is 28 but fits smaller size if worn lower on hips (as shown in last pics). Note the small hole by back pocket (see 3rd pic). Very mini!!!
