Rodeo Scene Two Tone Western Cowboy Boots Vintage Size 7

I wish I could find a makers mark on these. If anyone knows the brand, please let me know. They are in good used condition. Definitely some scuffs but a lot of life left. According to the tag, they are leather uppers but the soles also look and feel like leather to me. Size 7. See all pics.
