This is a gorgeous, interesting skirt. It has a short skirt underneath and then it has a long maxi skirt over top, but the front of the long skirt does not cover the front section of the short skirt underneath, so you see the short skirt in the front. It also has no size marked, and it has kind of a stretch elasticized waist. Lying flat, the waist measures 18" or 36" in total, and it does have a bit of stretch. So I'd estimate this to be a women's 16 or 18. but encourage you to consider the measurements.
