Rosevelvet Cutout Floral Dress

Brand new with tags. Bought two years ago from an online boutique and never wore it. I think this style is discontinued now, couldn’t find any store photos besides a blurry screenshot from my original order confirmation email (last pic). Square neck, puffy sleeves, lined with tulle. Slight glitter/shimmer in the fabric. Really cute cutouts and ties in the back. Size Large but if you have a big bust the cutouts might not work super well.
