thebossysauce @tiffany__leeann I'm sorry for your experience. I don't have my email receipt as it was so long ago. I'm Rothy's obsessed and have around 30 pairs myself. I'm the original owner, and I know how to wash and treat them. Only been air dried, maybe by the sun but never the drier. I live in Berkeley near the original San Francisco store and I was an early adopter. I have great reviews and it wouldn't be worth ruining my reviews for shenanigans like fakes.
