Roz & Ali Chiffon Broomstick Skirt

This is a cool black broomstick skirt that I’ve worn with boho tops but it would be great with any kind of blouse. It’s a lined chiffon crinkled skirt-the kind that if you wash, you should twist to dry so it maintains its crinkle effect. It’s a size small but with an elastic waist could easily fit a medium too.
