Ruffled Elastic Waist Keyhole Blouse by Robert Rodriguez

This blouse is a definite eye-catcher. Designed by Robert Rodriguez for Target/Neiman Marcus, this lovely piece has an elasticized waistband for a peplum effect. The entire blouse is made from a black layers of chiffon-like material over a beige layer of the same material. The ruffles are made from the raw edge beige material layered with black lace for an interesting texture. Keyhole opening up front will work with just about any size bust. A truly, truly gorgeous piece that can hold it's own at fancy gatherings, no matter what you pair it with! Flat lay measurements are approximate.
