SEN statement skirt

I bought this skirt in nordstrom, and never got a chance to wear it. it's a knee length skirt, has two pockets that are sticking out and because of it it's very slimming.has a zip closure on the back. made out of thick quality material. size says 1, I think it's between xs and s. waist 13.5, hip 17, length 24
