ashelling Hi. I just wanted to let you know that I haven't received my package yet. My app shows it was delivered but my apartment office is saying they have not received it :( the app is not giving me the option to track. Can you please track on your end so I can go talk to my apartment manager? Or will it give you the option to track? Thank you so much

blingbabe10 @ashelling im really sorry to hear this. from my end it showed the tracking while in transit until delivered and posh release funds on third day after delivery. I'm not sure if it will give me tracking info now but I'll check and let you know asap.

ashelling I found the email and I see where it says delivered to the front desk / reception. So I'm assuming my apartment messed up and maybe gave it to someone not honest. 😔

blingbabe10 @ashelling that's not acceptable, you should print off the email and take it to front desk. They messed up so the least they can do is reemburst you. Take your posh transaction proof as well. I'm so sorry, was really looking forward to you getting your package.
