No lining but this piece is actually thick and quite warm. Light distressing on bottom edges of main body and sleeves. Seams are reinforced on interior. Lined pockets. Not a single flaw with this piece. No snags, tears, odors, stains etc. Will easily become a go-to piece for the fall, winter and even early spring with a light shirt.
