Pretty sky blue lightweight sweater from Chico's. This is a cardigan type sweater designed to tie at the waist - or you could leave it open. It has long sleeves. There are cutout designs--the right shoulder around to the back and down the right sleeves, the front left bottom that goes around to the back and on the bottom of the left sleeve. Pretty easy care sweater. Please see measurements below and in the pictures to confirm your sizing before purchasing.
