Sailboat Painting Nautical Maritime Original Boat Artwork on Canvas Vtg, Signed

A vintage piece made probably in the 70s or 80s. It is most likely factory art, but it is beautiful nonetheless. It is signed Roger 8.5" X 10", Original painting - acrylic, I think - on stretched canvas. Features some boats in a harbor. The dominant color is blue and there are black and white details. The boats stand out in the foreground, and you can see shadows of buildings or some other structure in the background.
