Prefect dress for a day on beach! Knit material with vintage tattoo looking sailor girl on front. Dress is pre-owned and in good condition. It does have some light piling but it just adds to vintage look. Black and grayish white stripes. Pair with a denim jacket for cooler nights. 14 1/4" underarm (measurements are taken relaxed) 13" waist 32 1/2" top to bottom Tag says S/M. I'd say it's closer to small or at least a very small medium.
