bettylovesbo Hi, I was wondering if these were measured at 29 inch waist because I just purchased the same exact size and brand on here in a different color and it was 32 inch waist

roseria2 @bettylovesbo hi. Yes the measurement is from side to side lying flat at the top of the pant. It’s 14.5 inches across so total circumference is 29. Thanks. 😊
