Short sleeve crop top tie front shirt size small

Super cute navy and white striped crop top size small short sleeves with tie in front. Bought it at Pacific Sunwear. 100% rayon so it hangs nicely. Could be worn off the shoulder I suppose with the elastic Neckline. Measurements are approximately 14 inches across the chest to the end of the shirt is 10 inches and then you have a little extra for the tie.
