Silver and black Maltese cross medallion necklace

Silver metal Maltese cross on black fake leather with silver grommets and gold flower in the middle with faux stone. On black cord. Medallion is 2.5 inches tall, including hook, and 2 inches wide. Cord is 16.5 inches long, not including the 2-inch chain extender. Purchased from a jewelry-maker at a craft fair in Portland, Oregon. Worn only a couple of times. Beautiful piece!
